System Backup Services.
Regular IT reporting to Information & Technology Manager.
User’s support.
•Install, maintain, diagnose and repair PC Hardware, Printers and other IT peripherals.
•Install networking equipment such as Network Cabling, Network Switches, Access Points and
Network Printers etc.
•Install, troubleshoot and maintain all approved collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office,
Adobe Reader, WinZip/WinRAR, Trend Micro Anti-Virus, CITRIX client etc.
•Provide 2nd layer support related to Advanced Troubleshooting.
•Analyze problems and develop creative solutions by research and vendor resources.
•Register, prioritize and follow up all tasks using IT Service Desk application.
•Follow standard IT Service Desk procedures to support users within the time specified to avoid
SLA violations.
•Follow strictly and perform preventive maintenance tasks effectively as scheduled.
•Perform appropriate hardware and software upgrades.
•Monitor, analyze and report reliability and performance issues.
•Participate in different project tasks as assigned.
•Provide occasional after hours and weekend support.
