Evaluate the financial feasibility and business rationale of potential developments
Generate critical and complex financial analysis, including financial modelling and key performance indicator analysis
Assess different types of real estate investment opportunities
Perform market research and maintain knowledge of relevant fiscal, social and political developments to guide forecasting, decision making and valuations to provide recommendations for new opportunities.
Interpret data on pricing, yields, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment programs
Analyze different real estate opportunities and prepare supporting material to present the opportunity to the CEO and the Board
Support in the development of policies, processes and procedures pertaining to the department and manages their implementation to ensure adherence and fulfilment of all relevant requirements to further ML’s overall objectives

Evaluate data for accuracy, completeness, and ensure conformance with company policies and procedures
Develop and maintains a comprehensive research database, including property data sets and information, e.g. for rent/lease levels, cost estimates, market segments, property values, etc.
Assisting senior management in creating various financial models, presentations, and detailed reports
Participating and supporting in creating financial budgets for the Property Division
Evaluating potential opportunities sourced through the Business Development arm of the Company
Preparing reports and analysis derived from complex sheets and financial data
Assisting in the analysis of business reports prepared by the Finance Department
Providing market intelligence for potential projects
Assisting senior management in cross-departmental coordination to manage expenses and payments
Performing accounting tasks to liaise between the Finance Department and Property Division
Inquiring of management and others to gain an understanding of the organization
Performing analytical procedures on expected or unexpected variances in account balances or classes of transactions
Testing documentation supporting account balances or classes of transactions
