1. Create the whole BIM model from scratch (using REVIT or AECOsim)
2. Materiel takeoff, clash detections and schedules (using NAVISWORKS or NAVIGATOR)
3. Shop drawings
(concrete dimensions, columns layout, block works & tiles layout "dry & wet areas")
4. Coordination for all construction treads
(architecture, structure, M.E.P. and Subcontractors` shop drawings:
"Cladding, interior and wooden, garbage shoot, marble etc..")
