• Review end-to-end payroll processing, including salary
calculation, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring
accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records for leave, gratuity and
air ticket provisions.
• Conduct regular internal audits of payroll procedures to
ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with the finance department for payroll postings
in GL.
• Oversee payroll system updates and troubleshooting any
software issues in collaboration with IT.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and
industry standards to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance payroll processing efficiency
and implement improvements.

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Billing with 100% accuracy & dispatch the financial report to
customers
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse,
transportation and customer services
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times,
transport costs and efficiency
