Responsible for the development and coordination of activities which work to enhance the business with more than 15 insurance companies and TPA.
Negotiate contracts and price list with insurance companies and TPA.
Market reach - identifies market segments and market trends.
Marketing planning - develops marketing plan on an annual basis.
Sets strategies to expand business and increase market share and acquire new classes.
Conducts cycle meetings with insurance companies and TPA.
Finalizes and reconciles accounts with insurance companies and TPA.
Responsible of the Resubmission Department regarding the rejected claims, as well as initiates monthly statistical reports and sort medical, technical, and account rejections.
Coordinate with the insurance companies to get the approvals of both OPD & in-patients.
Oversees administration of medical services to Insurance and Corporate customers of the Hospital.
Manages and negotiates contracts with insurance companies to obtain recognition as a service provider.
Liaises with insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, reconciliation and other requirements.
Proactively reports critical issues to Management and submits monthly aging and other reports to Hospital Director and Accounts.
Monitors insurance discounts and rejections and prepares & submits periodic reports to the Finance Manager for review.
Ensures that the insurance schemes are up to date on the system
Ensures the delivery of excellent patient experience while approval is sought for insurance claims.
Conducts weekly departmental meetings with staff for updates and to educate them on new work methods.
Initiates steps to improve the departmental functioning.
Manage more than 10 employees and 2 insurance doctors.
Responsible for employees’ health insurance, doctors’ malpractice, nurses’ malpractice, hospital’s fire insurance, and motor insurance.
Recruiting New Agents.
