I am taking on a multitasking multi-position role at my current work as Administrative Assistant, Sales Support, and Recruitment Coordinator.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide Administrative Assistance
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- IT Team Assistant, Coordinator, and Account Manager
- HR Assistant & Recruitment Coordinator: support the recruitment process including posting job description, searching for potential candidates, collecting and sorting CVs, arranging interviews, conducting pre-interview phone call, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Prepare proposals, reports, quotations, invoices, delivery notes, offers, NDA, certifications
- Administrative Assistant Gatekeeper
- Coordinate training sessions and meetings
- Developing and Creating Training Materials
- Handle all work responsibilities related to organizing training and programs, including preparing devices and installing all required software with needed configuration
- Arrange refreshment and Lunch when needed
- Translate documents: Arabic - English
- Sales Support activities
- Search and target new prospects
- Prepare emails and templates as required
- Liaise with company sections and employees
- Conduct Research
- Maintain contact lists
- Manage all business data sheets
- Using my technical knowledge, I help and support the IT team in tasks as needed.
Received double major degree in Education and Computer Science in 2010, Second Dean List.
