· Maintain strong relationship with high wealth clients.
· Selling loans, credit cards, fixed deposits and investment funds to clients.

· Prepare the Brand knowledge Base and FAQ's for the brands.
· Prepare surveys for External and Internal customers.
· Report on a monthly basis to improve quality of HR services for internal customers.
• Assist the Recruitment Manager in achieving daily recruitment related tasks. Maintain records of current vacancies. Coordinate between the company and the selected candidates.
• Manage applications on the Applicant Tracking system, and assist the Recruitment Manager in the pre-selection process.
• Setting initial telephone and Face to Face interviews.
• Communicate with the selected candidates from offer stage to joining, helping in a smooth transition.
• Preparing Sniper Hire Reports & “Sniper Hire Health Check” for the effective use of Sniper hire.
• Prepare analytical Reports as assigned by Line Manager.
• Preparing an induction Program to the New Joiners.
• Prepare Research for Recruitment in different markets.
