I worked as a web administrator for a company that works in the field of medical training and database. Also, I supervise any technical endeavors within the establishment.

Currently working as a sales agent for a travel agency, and our main clientele are Americans. What we are trying to sell, is accommodation for companies attending certain conventions within the united states, for a better rates than the prices offered by those responsible for the exhibition themselves, since we deal with the vendors directly.

Currently working as an account advisor for Etisalat of emirates, supporting the UAE residents with wide array of different communication technologies used there like ADSL, IWAN and GPON. Also answering general inquiry, explaining bills, providing follow up on provisioning and pre-sales. Dealing with English speaking customers was a daily instance; thus I have dealt with many nationalities.

Taking the position of IT Manager. Server, workstations and printers were my responsibilities, ensuring their ability to work flawlessly, while quickly repairing breakdowns that may occur. It must be noted PACS application were also used for archiving patient cases.

The center used Telepax systems which I worked with in my first job so I provided technical support for servers (MS- Windows Server 2003, MS- SQL sever 2000) and to the san storage.

Working in the field of picture and archiving system technologies. A standard system used within hospitals and radiology centers. Mainly archiving medical data generated via medical modules, making them available for doctors. Thus providing the essential means for an easy review, it must be noted that, that the workstations harnessed proprietary Egyptian software, approved by the western medical organizations.
