• Set and achieve an effective long-range HR strategy that addresses the critical HR needs of the
organization across Egypt and North Africa Cluster
• Develop HR strategies to identify, map and address competency, knowledge, talent, and performance
gaps.
• Counsel and work with the senior leadership team to ensure compensation plans are competitive and
promote attitudes and behaviors that support the firm’s goals and values.
• Lead the development of, and effectively manage and integrate HR policies and programs including

benefits, employee handbook, etc.
• Direct the day-to-day HR activities for a diverse employee workforce in a fast-paced organization and
implement an engaging atmosphere for a high-performance work culture that operates seamlessly in
remote and hybrid work environments.
• Automate HR workflows using technology and manage human resources information systems.
• Establish benchmarks for organizational effectiveness, employee performance, training and career
development, health and benefits, employee relations, and payroll.
• Work with leaders to define and effectively communicate organizational values to drive a culture of
agility, service, care, innovation, professionalism, and performance excellence.
• Launch management mentoring initiatives to support employee growth and development.
• Strong understanding of employment, tax, and social insurance regulations
• Manage the Payroll Process across the region.

• Manage all the Personnel topics of Vezeeta Egypt
• Create the internal policies & standards of Vezeeta Egypt - Commercial & E-
Pharmacy business
• Support all HR assignments and projects in alignment with MENA strategy
• Manage the onboarding process in Egypt, Kenya & Nigeria
• Manage the Talent Acquisition file of Vezeeta Egypt - Commercial sector including
the hiring cost analytics
• Sharing in the performance appraisals and performance review
• Manage the people development programs including training sessions of the new
and current employees
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases
• Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations to senior management
• Design and implement company policies
• Guiding staff and management of company’s HR policies and regulations
• Monitor key HR metrics
• Create detailed reports on HR costs
• Manage the admin work of the building including all the required maintenance,
facilities and purchasing of the monthly supplies
• Manage the employees engagement programs in Vezeeta Egypt-Commercial and E-
Pharmacy
• Manage the investigation file and tracking the required disciplinary actions
• Share in reviewing and modifying the HR

• Managing the HR budget in the next White Friday Campaign
• Creating a full SOP bank ( standard of process) for all site HR functions helping all HR
assistances to have process standardization for HR processes.
• Creating leadership and developmental programs for Amazon employees in the site
• Site champion for implemnting the Worldwide Amazon standards and policies in
CAI6 Egypt helping in the change program from Souq.com to Amazon Egypt
• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Attending Regional management meetings as a proxy of HRBP
• Review and submit reports on general HR activity ( Attendance, Attrition,
employee surveys, monthly rosters and data analysis) from the HR admins team
• Handling the transportation file of the warehouse by managing the routes and
solving employee’s escalations
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference
checks and issuing employment contracts
• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
• Assist with performance management procedures
