Duties and Responsibilities
• Help prepare Financial Statements and Bank Reconciliations.
• Accounts payable & Receivable Management
• Person in charge of Cash Management section, responsible for all banking, investing and cash control functions.
• Organize and carry out efficient month-end, quarterly and year-end processes. Manage Inventory and Payroll
• Value Added Tax Management
• By converting most paperwork and financial note (debit note, credit note and agreements like shelf rent, display rent, purchase discount) to software electronic form helps to avoid error and provide more relevant accurate book of account.
• Introduce LPO and manage delivery up to date, receive the delivery using device by updating LPO file, helps to find the cost variation, items order variation, item not received and extra received, new entry items. LPO provides details of purchaser, date and availability of product
• Plan, assign and staff’s works.
• Prepare, Record Journal Entries & reconcile and manage asset accounts, including surplus, depreciation expense, and the purchase, & purchase of new asset.
• Systematically update all new of goods & services to system database and make sure cost and price updated.
• Monitor payment and expenditure.
