Responsibilities
Defining, initiating, planning, risk assessment and risk mitigation for assigned projects
Identify scope of work and highlight any variations and conduct a value engineering study before the Kick-off meetings.
To work in accordance with Project Planning and Schedules and allocating resources.
Ensure initial remedial actions, timely completion of the projects
Planning and implementing the engineering program.
Providing Monthly reports and Budget Plans for the Project.
Develop cost effective engineering solutions for the project
Review and interpret plans, specifications, material proposals and construction methods pertaining to project works to ensure compliance to contact requirements, national or international codes.
Delivering the project on time and under budget but maintaining OHS standards
Review of designs documents & drawings for construction and produce As Built Drawings.
Follow up Monthly and Final Invoices for Projects
Follow up of Claims & Change Orders if any.
Follow-up stages of construction and finishes for a range of buildings Contribute to team activities in order to deliver project milestones.
Prepare, maintain and authorise all project documentation to contract and understand Scope of work.
coordinate onsite construction activities to achieve project time, quality and budget objectives safely
Planning and scheduling the scope of work for the project and Material Take off & Odering.
Managing discipline engineers, all design activities, including design meetings, design verification, checking and validation are as per statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies and practices
Participate as a member of team and applying knowledge of engineering principles to research, design, install and maintain plant, equipment and structures
Get the approval for Green Star ratings.
Generate Requisition for Quotes (RFQ) and Requisition for Information (RFI)
To Monitor work scope and notify potential scope changes to the team
Specifying system components to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
Liaising and interface with third party design companies to ensure that they meet all project requirements and HSE.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
Preparation of construction budgets and reports, supervision and direction of Site Engineers and contractors
Liaise with the vendor and sub-contractor for Building works.
Support and commit to continuous improvement
Implementation of company OHS, QA and Environmental Management systems.
Provide monthly reports to client and management.
Work in line with estimation department to prepare proposals and involved in Tendering Process.
Act as Bid-Manager when required

Role:
Reviews project pack transferred from pre-contracts stage to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
Confers with contractor to schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
Ensure timely reporting, management and archiving of project progress.
Review the contractual agreement, costing and planning modules.

Role:
Project co ordination and project management.
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Confers with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Identify and negotiate any problems or technical issues that arise
Attend client meetings and assist with technical queries, variations and progress claims.
Analysing the process details of the Projects like ADCO/ GASCO pipelines.
To provide the instrumentation required for the project as per the client specifications and liaising with the vendors for the supply and delivery of the same.
Providing information on the process details of the project and informing it to the project manager.
Role:
Interfacing with equipment vendors and writing technical notes, proposals and management procedures.
Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity in accordance to daily / monthly production plans and schedule.
Communicating to different operators to have an efficient working environment.
Development of the selection criteria, specifications, and sizing of process and process control components.
Advise a method of processing effluent water to be used for irrigation water, considering the extensive expansion projects for the Plant.
To provide technical services and assistance to other sections such as Instrumentation, Maintenance.
To analyze and interpret contractual obligations and requirements. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical documents/drawings, P&IDs, PFD’s.
To work in Water Treatment plants (WWTP), Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), Desalination plant and chemical treatment of the effluent water from the industry.
Participate in design and maintenance process of sewage water treatment plant and Water treatment plant.
Providing technical support on design analysis of water treatment plants, desalination plant and Membrane Bio Reactors (MBR).
Provide technical consultancy services and training to support sales and market growth.
Participate in daily accountability meetings by providing daily updates as necessary on the outstanding Engineering & Test Stand items.
Enforcing obedience to safety regulations, reviewing safety manuals. Conducting monthly safety audits for all sections of the plant. Ensuring operational readiness of all safety and emergency equipment in the company.
To participate in HAZOP studies pertaining to proposed modifications.
Be aware that all Process engineering work is managed and executed in accordance with the agreed budget and plan.
Project Management Decision Making Analysis HAZOP Studies
