• Responsible of sales outcome of the company and overall management and coordination of Project Orders.
• Assist with planning projects & project documentation
• Ensure all commitments are met in accordance to the goals and objectives of the project.
• Prepare reports on project financial aspects and progress.
• Manage and coordinate change activities.
• Assist with project closure activities.
• Procurement of Engineered equipment & materials including spare materials.
• Interacting with guests regularly to gain feedback on quality & service effectiveness.
• Technical discussions with suppliers
• Scheduling of maintenance activities
• Following design check, procurement, planning and execution of Engineering works
• Ensure that key target marketing areas are always covered.
• Advancing the company's strategic positioning with key accounts and strategically important geographies.
• Maintaining strong and cordial relationships with corporate level sales and marketing managers.
• Identifying and monitoring the performance of competitors in the market place.
• Providing excellent customer service to designated accounts.
• Responsible for account budgets and expenditure forecasts.
• Receive Enquiries and study commercial and technical requirements.
• Clarify with clients in commercial and technical queries.
• Supporting the Technical Dept.
• Prepare quotation and commercial offers in line with Clients requirement and the company’s Terms of Sales.
• Offers/Quotation submission within the time frame and in technical and commercial negotiation to ensure they are in line with the offer.
• Prepare acknowledgement of the offer and negotiate clauses which are not in line with the offer, Order processing.
