• Process, submits and follow up all the company official relations / transactions with the government sectors & Banks.
• Submitting all renewals of visas & labor work permit cards with labor office as well as the immigration department.
• Processing all renewals of driving license & labor health cards with traffic office as well as the health department.
• Renewals of official documents of the company (i.e. trade license, chamber of commerce, CR, traffic department, municipality, customs clearance etc.);
• To liaise with authorities to ensure Company compliance to local laws and regulations.
• To process local amendments in coordination with the authorities.
• To deal with government authorities in relation to the buying, selling or leasing of land / property.
• To process trade license renewals.
• To keep updated on labour related changes in relation to Married Status: Single visa processing.
• Supporting any legal issues in Company registrations
• Liaise with all government institution with regards fines, penalties or any inquiry;
• Work with HR and Administration teams to ensure the timely completion and execution of relevant government and administrative formalities.
• Maintain employee files and documents relevant to immigration Maintain relevant forms for all types of immigration transactions
• Monitor daily attendance of staff.
• Investigate and understand causes of employees absent.
• Preparing workers monthly overtime report & attendance.
• Updating to payroll system all the deductions, attendance, overtime, allowances etc.
• Preparing Salary Bank transfer and SIF File to submit to Bank.
• Coordinating with the Bank for the new account opening, labors pay card, employee’s bank account issues, salary transfers etc.
• Monitor employees utilized leave and tickets.
• Providing assistance to employees for their leave, travel tickets and to ensure that they have their ticket copy and exit permit before their travel.
• Obtaining the approval of the Management for the leave applications.
• Updating the vacation summary in excel sheet and in the system.
• Obtaining approval of the Manager for the ticket issuance.
• Providing the information to all employees regarding the new company policy.
• Preparing employment certificate, salary certificate, warning letter, termination letter etc.
• Monitoring master list, employees’ personal file and scanned copies in the system.
• Monitoring and liaises with PRO with the residence permit application progress, health card, medical, fingerprint, sponsorship transfer and any other Immigration related issues.
• Preparing the online labor contract
• Responsible for the distribution of Qatar ID, company ID and any other original documents belong to the employees.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager.
