Maintenance & Supports / Spare parts Inventory Management & Controls: MEP / Refrigeration/ Utilities/ Processing & Packing machine: Completes detailing to Start Commissioning, Start-up & Operation Activity & backup Supports / preparation/execution etc.
Conducts routine, preventive maintenance services; ensures that all machines, tools, and equipment are running smoothly.
Assign the duties of subordinates & check the daily basis work activities.

In house modification & increase machine capacity.
Request the parts according to requirement & technical deal with suppliers.
Maintenance & trouble shooting of all type of HVAC & Refrigeration (Freon & ammonia) in project. (Freezer of -20 & -40C, Spiral freezers, ice machines, AHU & FCU etc.)
Handling Plant Utilities & its Maintenance - Air Compressors, Boiler, pumps etc.
Operation & Maintenance of IQF Line.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all types of packing machines like Thermoforming, Skin Pack, Ishida, Hayssensandicare, Metal Detector, Band Sealer, Strapping machines, Vacuum pack,
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all types of processing machines like filleting line, IQF line, burger, CFS breaded line, smocking & defrosting machines.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all types of Doors like high-speed door, ramp doors, sliding doors etc.
Installation, maintenance and repairing of all type of AC & refrigeration machine in project.
Complete overhauling of the compressors (Bitzer, Carrier & Trane)
Maintenance & servicing of blast freezer/Cold Store unit & compressors.
Maintenance & servicing of chilled Store unit & compressors.
Maintenance & servicing of water chiller & AHU unit & compressors.
Maintenance of vehicle’s AC including thermoking & carrier cooling units for sales van in the absence of chiller technician.
Keep update & maintain the checklists of refrigeration system as per plan.
Maintain the all documentation records of all units and compressors.
Make a requisition of required parts and check the quotations of parts list.
Maintain the required parts of refrigeration & air conditioning in the stock.
To keep update all official record of Maintenance department
Maintain & manage all mechanical & plumbing work in absence of Mechanical Supervisor.
