Project: Ezdan Palace Hotel Project, Garaffa
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate Electrical (HV, MV, ELV) systems, products and applications.
• Review IFC & shop drawings and coordinate to ensure that the quality
expectations are properly met during construction.
• Guide engineers and technicians in installations, test systems, trouble
shoot and analyze data.
• Produce, issue and close out snagging lists, NCR, SOR and ensure
completion by the MEP sub-contractor in a timely manner.
• Oversee inspections, test reports and life safety systems and review
related documents for Kahramaa, QCDD and MOI inspections.
• Review As built drawings and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) program
and conduct trainings for handover.
• Attend meetings, write reports and give presentations to managers and
clients.

Project: Msheireb Down Town Doha Project - Phase 2, Qatar
Responsibilities:
• Performed QA/QC inspections of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems such as
Lighting control, Structured Cabling, Fire alarm, CCTV, Access control &
IDS, BMS and Public address.
• Prepared QA/QC documents such as Project quality plan, Check lists,
Method statements, Inspection requests.
• Conducted internal audits at site as scheduled and ensured the correctness
of certificates, calibration, test results, and closure of NCR and SOR.
• Coordinated with the consultant’s representative and Site In- charge for
inspection and meeting about quality problems.
• Liaised with the technical engineer for submission of material submittals to

Project: SIDRA Medical & Research Center (SMRC), Garaffa

Responsibilities:
• Evaluates electrical systems and checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Responsible for commissioning of HVAC Systems such as AHU, VAV, FCU.
• Liaised with project engineers and air balancing technical staffs to facilitate efficiently completing all commissioning tasks.
• Ensured the equipment’s work to its specification by carrying out test procedures, investigating problems, diagnosing and troubleshooting.
• Ensured the commissioning scope, pre-commissioning checks and documentation are carried out, meeting manufacturer, class and client requirements.
• Reported progress, performance, issues, and challenges to commissioning manager.
