PMC Team Lead - Centroid Technical Services Ltd. (PMC): Providing PMC services required of complex Production Facilities EPC projects for RAWAT Petroleum Operating Company (Block 25): Carry out tendering activities including evaluation/award etc., and take full responsibility for the overall co-ordination and integration of responsibilities of all agencies engaged in the implementation of the entire project / Depending on the project, responsibilities may cover all aspects from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client / Make sure of Meeting international standards of quality in engineering, procurement, construction and safety / Lead the FEED, basic design studies, detailed design studies, review & coordinate and approve all related engineering deliverables / Liaise engineering deliverables and connect them to procurement, construction and commissioning phases / Construction within agreed time schedule and budget /Adopting efficient work and execution methodologies / Providing competitive development costs / Creating reliable facilities in terms of system availability and plant uptime / Assuring Operational flexibilities / Creating O&M friendly facilities/systems / Providing the PMC services utilizing across one or more of the following Project Phases: Pre project phase / Process Design phase / Preparation of ITB for EPC and evaluation for award
Management of the EPCC projects for Field Surface Facilities Phase-6 (FSF-6) for (GNPOC Block 1, 2 & 4)) & for Petro-Energy (Block 6) - FSF Projects:
Study, Evaluate & trace all the engineering activities, procurement & Transportation of different items required for the FSF projects and constructional activities in detail and prepare the scope in Engineering Drawings, Equipment specs for each item, project specs., scope of work limits for each item so that the work shall fulfill the entire area of the field services without any miss for carrying out the field projects as per owner’s requirements / Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and
ensuring technical feasibility / Management, Monitoring & Measurements of Progress and milestones which includes but not limited to Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing, Construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning, and performance test of the FSF Projects multiple activities related to OGM’s, Wellheads, Flow Lines, Trunk Lines, RMU’s, Switch Gears, Substations, OHTL & others / Ensuring adherence with the Client policies / Managing site project activities / Establishing project requirements, policies, organization and Schedules / Monitoring project’s progress and quality, approving final resolution of all items of non-conformance / Approving all subcontracts / Ensuring implementation of the QA/QC Program / Issuing all project directives / Managing project’s costs / Initiating and Negotiating with Client for all change orders and /or work requests and signing change orders and / or work requests / Preparing, approving and submitting progress reports to the management/Client / Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects / Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget / Ensure resource availability and allocation / Develop a detailed project plan to track progress / Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs / Report and escalate to management as needed / Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders / Perform risk management to minimize project risks / Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors / Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Providing the Business & Technical support related to supply services for mainly: Production Chemicals / Production Equipment / Drill Bits / Wellheads & Christmas Trees / Pipeline Construction & Corrosion Management.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly & yearly production reports / Watch out, observe, monitor and develop the production processing (spray drying) / Supervision, participation and implementation of the preventive & corrective maintenance actions through the production & maintenance team / Assuring the availability of all of the spare parts required to assure the smooth running of the units & the implementation of the preventive & corrective actions / Daily work distribution & follow up / Establishing a proper data base for the plant, and keeping these information filled properly by Implementation of all necessary documentation system / Submitting monthly reports Explaining department activity such as the corrective actions taken, preventive maintenance conducted, unit operation hours, fuel consumption, yield ……etc. / Submitting performance reports of all team of operation & maintenance.
