Sitara chemical is the largest chlor alkali complex on national bsess, it is second largest caustic suda production factoriy in asia 550MT/per day capacity, manufacturing caustic suda and other various allied chemicals and also has some independent plants of gases i.e Nitrogen Gas plant, oxygen plant, ammonia plant, single super phaphate etc. Accomplishments: Handling the plants operation 24/7 related to maintenance work, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance productive maintenance, testing and commissioning, monitoring power system as well

Key Responsibilities:
• Provided strategic inputs for effective provision and control in maintenance and operation and implemented best practices and standards
• Organized and administered the day-to-day activities and ensured that effective work controls are maintained, whilst using every means to increase productivity and reduce costs and thus augmenting operational efficiency of staff and materials
• Offered testing and commissioning direction for all engineering control measures and implements the preventive maintenance programs.
• Ascertained that Technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated to achieve the targets set in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner and in alignment with established organizational policies and procedures.
• Identified the gaps in operational aspects and arranged for minor.
• Monitored and analyzed maintenance performance parameters for all plants including costs, labor, Preventative Maintenance compliance rates, schedule compliance, etc.
• Identified new programs, demonstrated expertise in budget preparation for new and existing projects and tracked the fund utilizations to remain within pre-set budgets.
• Applied foresight to anticipate problems and recognize opportunities for cost-effectively improving operations and resource utilization to improve financial results.
