My major responsibilities working at executive management level are following here.
• Accounts management on base of International Accounting Standards
• Handling all matters related to FBR, filing monthly sales tax returns, companies and its directors’ income tax returns, filing for refund claiming.
• Handling all matters related to SECP, preparing proper reply for SECP notices, filing statutory returns, Form A & Form 29 etc.

Responsibilities working as Statutory Auditor:
- Reporting to Habib Alam sb (FCA, FCA (England & Wales))
- During external audit preparation of statutory financial statements of companies in accordance with requirements of Companies Ordinance 1984 and approved accounting standards.

- Preparation of projected financial statements for upcoming years on request of clients

Responsibilities working as Corporate Consultant:
- Filing of statutory returns, form A and Form 29 with annual audited accounts.
- Providing company registration services preparation of all required documents such as application for availability of name, drafting of memorandum and articles of association, Form 1, Form 21 and Form 29.
- Acting as company secretary, dealing on behalf of clients with the various government bodies related to corporate legislation such as Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan
- Consultancy services to clients about preparation of books of accounts, taxation and corporate laws.
Responsibilities: Monthly financial reports, bookkeeping, cash book and general ledger maintenance, daily cash in hand report, handle all payroll information of almost 200 production labour and administration staff, manage all aspects of A/R and A/P, monthly stock taking reports, supervised inventory management system, bank reconciliation statements, vouching, posting and maintenance of all voucher files JV, CV and BV in computerized environment.
