-Prepared List or Over-all in-charge for all the performers or artists whos will perform that day or during the match
-Coordinating to SC regarding the performers or artists program in
every game or match (a day before and during the day of the event)
-Coordinate with performers confirmation and arrival at Break Area
-Monitors Performers for each spot they were assigned to performs
-Attendance for both Volunteer’s and Performer’s
-In-charged Store and Equipment to be used in every game’s
-Allocation for Two Way Radio and Golf Carts for the Coordinators
-Coordinate Food Allocation for all the Volunteer, Performers & Artists
-Prepare the Program for Ingress & Egress for the performers and coordinators for their assigned spot
-Monitors & Coordinates for what the performers, Artists & Coordinators request or required at the spot while they are performing
