• Carry out site inspections on regular basis to ensure the proper implementation / adherence of health, Safety and Environment standards as per company OSH and Environment-MS & HSE policy
• Develop an HSE plan for specific project.
• Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
• Interface with craft, management and client representatives on HSE program compliance and employee HSE requirements.
• Prepare HSE reports and safety evaluation.
• Communicate with management concerning the assessment of the HSE program performance and provide proactive and/or corrective action recommendation.
• Coordinate contractor safety orientation for all subcontractors.
• Coordinate and conduct planed regular HSE trainings of workers and staff to ensure compliance with client, company and regulatory requirement.
• Provided assistance to the Safety Manager.
• Ensuring site operatives are aware of risks and hazards.
• Monitoring all safety issues on site, to prevent and stop dangerous work practices.
• Ensuring all near misses are reported and preventive measures are taken.
• Supporting management in preparing project safety plans, carrying out formal training in safety, toolbox talks etc:-
• Familiar with Middle East Laws, rules and regulations.
