Main activities and responsibilities:
Training session: attending presentation titled “Legal and contractual session: work scope and time issues’’.
Assisting in the tendering for public contracts to deliver Shaam Hospital project.
Dispatch: extract items using Adobe Pro and distinguish every procurement item from the BOQ (bill of quantities), its relative specifications and drawings. (Rabban tower Qatari project).
Enquiry letter preparation to invite subcontractors to submit a quotation for Supply/Install/Commission of a specific item such as elevators.
Selection of suppliers providing best price, payment method and delivery procedure by preparing a comparison sheet.
Site visit to Infinity tower (Jumeira Lakes Towers, Dubai)
Assisting the project manager to site visits and villa refurbishment.
Analyzing structural and geotechnical reports.
