 S-curve generation and schedule analysis.

 Project scheduling; status reporting and setting actions to maintain project deadline.
 Controlling project’s plan; its cost as well as administrating contractor contracts.
 Following up supplier’s invoices to ensure their compliance with client requirement.
 Negotiating supplier’s prices; and issuing/updating the procurement schedule.
 Analyzing project specifications; its work breakdown structure and costs estimates.
 Preparing tender’s costing and recording project’s variations.

 Analyzing newly received quotations and comparing them with the provided database.
 Progress reports and meeting minutes preparation; project planning using Ms Project.

 Preparation of an inventory of a real state and estimating its refurbishment cost.
 Official email corresponding; revision of shop drawings and inspection reports.

Main activities and responsibilities:

 Training session: attending presentation titled “Legal and contractual session: work scope and time issues’’.
 Assisting in the tendering for public contracts to deliver Shaam Hospital project.
 Dispatch: extract items using Adobe Pro and distinguish every procurement item from the BOQ (bill of quantities), its relative specifications and drawings. (Rabban tower Qatari project).
 Enquiry letter preparation to invite subcontractors to submit a quotation for Supply/Install/Commission of a specific item such as elevators.
 Selection of suppliers providing best price, payment method and delivery procedure by preparing a comparison sheet.
 Site visit to Infinity tower (Jumeira Lakes Towers, Dubai)

 Assisting the project manager to site visits and villa refurbishment.
 Analyzing structural and geotechnical reports.
