Job Description:
Managing overall Operations, Technical and PMO activities, Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

Job Responsibilities:
Operations:
• Developing annual business plans by forecasting and developing annual operations capacity; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition and supply.
• Manages the company Operations and the End to End IT/ICT projects services delivery (E-business development, IT Infrastructure, UC, VC, AV, applications development and outsourcing).
•Develop and apply business process reengineering (BPR) for Operations, Sales, purchasing and finance workflow.
•Prepare the operation aggregated financial dashboard and P&L statements for each project and its related cost centers.
•Managing the Purchasing function to ensure material is purchased cost effectively and available for production and operations when required.
• Managing the Operations Technical teams (Systems Infrastructure, Information Systems Development, and VC & Unified communications teams).
•Ensuring compliance with the organization policies and procedures during the operation lifecycle.
PMO - Projects Management Office:
•Planning, scheduling and reviewing workload to ensure operations teams output and on time delivery targets are achieved cost effectively.
•Monitor, control & reports the projects progress within the agreed schedule from initiation to closure.
•Break down the business requirements and establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
•Identifying possible risks and developing strategies to mitigate such risks
•Develop project objectives into smaller units with identifiable objectives and KPIs.
•Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and stakeholders’ goals.
•Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to the management and maintain strong customer relationships.

Information Technology:
•Participates in developing annual IT budget; monitors expenditures for appropriate levels and cash flow.
•Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.

Warehouse & Stock Control:
•Monitor the safety stock levels and the planned reordering point.
•Manage production scheduling/ordering with our factory and other suppliers to ensure that stock levels match customer requirements within the constraints of working capital affordability and cash budgets.
•Selling all the old stagnant and slow moving items in our warehouse.
•Ensure monthly/ weekly follow up on logistics activities.
•Monitor logistics’ KPIs and any take the necessary actions for any development needed.
•Manage and monitors all the company shipments containers from the port of loading to the port of discharge.
•Review all the imported shipments declaration and all the related bank documents.
•Review all the invoices sent from our freight forwarding before send it to the finance for payments.
•Manage the full cycle between freight forward company and procurement team and stores team for any shipment.
