Responsibilities:
Supervise a stuff of 3 employees.
Conduct an analysis of departments' manpower requirements and prepare the manpower plan with the operation managers ensuring that all requirements have been accurately reflected.
Introduce new recruitment services and sources via internet sites, newspapers advertisement and employment fairs to ensure that the Company attracts the required caliber of candidates in line with its standards.
Establish and maintain a database of applicants ensuring the availability of timely candidate information for recruitment purposes
Conducting interviews and administering all required tests and assessments
Ensure that applicant feedback is received in line with the recruitment policy
Provide orientation to candidates regarding hiring procedures ensuring that hiring requirements (Hiring Checklist) are completed in line with laws and regulations and the Company standards.
Serves as the Division’s HR focal point for all HR and Personnel-related issues focal point for time & attendance, maintaining records of absenteeism / tardiness.
Responsible for implementing the administration policies & procedures with managers and supervisors.
Handle all the Allowances and benefits such as (Mobile, transportation, health and life insurance etc.)
Conduct employee Exit Interviews and the related analysis to identify turnover reasons and provide recommendations for retaining employees.
Contribute to the development of the training plan ensuring that all training requirements are accurately reflected.
Provide training programs plans and follow up the training attendance and the trainees feedback and provide training reports
Monitor the evaluation of training providers and provide recommendations on terminating or continuing contracts with them to ensure the optimum benefit from training providers.
Conduct any inter-departmental transfers, salary increases, lay-offs, promotions, resignations, change in title, penalties, etc.;
Prepare periodic reports on manpower planning, recruitment and training and development progress ensuring that management is equipped with accurate and timely information for appropriate decision making.
1- Contact with our clients in Gulf area and with new clients for new recruitment job requirements.

3- Receiving the job requisite, then study the company profile and industry after that explain it to the rest of the team,
4- Advertising for the vacancy.
5- CV screening then checking references and suitability of applicants before referral to employers for interview.
6- Headhunting.
7- Arrange the interviews
8- Conducting phone and face to face interviews with the right candidates for our clients or assets their interviewer in the candidate interviews.
9- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between candidates; and give the offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates.
10- Follows up the selected candidate hiring procedures and the consulate procedures.
Receiving the order which content the job description from the agent HR then prepare number of CVs which is selective from my company data bank /or through Ad. then Co-ordinate, as a team leader, for the interviews from A to Z (the interviewer reservation hotel, meeting room arranging, candidates attaining, candidates exams and assist the agent interviewer in all administrative tasks, also interpret the contract to the candidate and helping him to get across all its components) then handle between the selective candidate and the agent till his traveling and get his new job responsibilities.
