- Receive the application form along with documents and be sure that all needed documents available.

- Follow up the delivery of documents to Operation Department.

- Follow up finalizing of Insurance policy and forward the policies to the concerned channel for policy delivery.

- Follow up monthly renewal status with operations and production channels.
