I work as an accounts manager in one of the most major embassies,
my responsiblies include controling accounts and financial control
Responsible for: 1) Manage operations of the Finance Department, including Planning and Reporting, Accounting and Costing. 2) Overall responsibility for developing and tracking budgets and supporting the organization in minimizing costs while maximizing performance and profitability. 3) Developing coherent financial Business plans, budgets and procedures. 4) Supervising the stuff within the finance team. 5) Working with ERP system, managing it to complete its implementation. 6) Preparing feasibility Studies for New Projects. 7) Responsible for ensuring that the books of accounts are maintained as per the IFRS standards for the BU including AR Management and bank reconciliations. 8) Manage quarterly and annual audits. 9) Responsible for preparing, reviewing and analyzing actual, forecasted and budgeted financial results utilized by both the BU and corporate management team in decision-making processes.
Responsible for: Closing and signing Annual Budgets. Cost Accounting. Inventory. Auditing accounting.
Also making financial decisions, controlling costs, pricing products, controlling stocks and selling centers, creating and planning forecast budgets.
Working on ERP system.

Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information. Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounting reports. Preparing profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports. Responsible for closing and signing Annual Budgets. Working in the Accounting program 1C 8.00.
Responsible for analyzing and preparing the annual budget and their related reports.
Generating the monthly report of Cash Trial Balance to financial managers in USA and UK.

Preparing financial transactions (Payment vouchers, Receipt vouchers, Journal vouchers), which are managed by the COAG - SAP System, to be converted to the WINGS World System.
