working as a finishing manager for jamarat project in makkah, this project is on of the largest project in the range, as a finishing manager iam incharge of the 10 sclators buildings and the 4 service buildings attached to the ramps and there are 2 halipads attached, leading 10 engineers to complete the work carried by me
This company is a partner company we established for renovation of buildings and housing .
I'm in charge of all finishing work like block masonry, plastering, painting, tilling, false ceiling, installation of doors/windows/lovers, asphalt, planting of trees and all other related civil works for electro-mechanical operations.
Working as a Co-ordinator for Architecture&construction Division projects, of all finishing activities(external &internal), I was in-charge for the approval of designs, calculations and cost estimates.
These Projects are:
A) HRH Prince Salman Palace-Jeddah.
B) Ministry of Interior -Makkah.
C) Royal Protocol-Makkah.
D) General Security _Makkah.
E) Beach Palace-Ubhor-Jeddah
A)Provided management support and coordination till project completion.
B)Supervised technicians, technologists and other engineers.
C)Reviewed and approved designs, calculations and cost estimates .
D)Devloped construction specifications and procedures.
E)Submitted project drawings to the Professional Engineering Association and the City for approvals.
F)Evaluated and recommended appropriate construction materials.
J) Met with clients, architects and contractors to discuss construction needs.
A)Retaining and coordinating all professionals required for the project.
B) Supervised, monitored and inspected on-site construction and renovation of various buildings .
C)Conducted field inspections for civil works to ensure quality
Evaluated by the University of Toronto to correspond to the standard of competency necessary for a four-year Bachelor Degree, in Civil Engineering,from a reputable Canadian University.
