• Co- Ordinate with Client HSE Department in implementing HSE rules and regulations at work site.
• Ensuring all work activities carried out as per approved HSE plan and safety standard were followed at site.
• Adhere client’s requirements and monitoring safe working practice were followed by work force in the project.
• Job hazard analysis and work permit processing for different work activities.
• Carry out Safety Induction and Training for New employee joining the project.
• Maintaining tracking register for the daily inspection and follow up for the close outs.
• Scheduling & Co coordinating for Emergency drill and medical drill at site.
• Monitoring the tracking records for the safety violations and carried out by employees in the project with the corrective action taken.
• Monitoring all job activities carried out as per PTW system.
• Ensuring all certifications of equipment’s validations of scaffolding and follow LO/TO procedures.
• Ensuring supervisors conduct pre job safety meetings on regular basis prior to start work.
• Monitoring and safe executions of lifting operations and ensure all criteria for lifting were filled in the lifting plan.
• Ensuring good housekeeping & signage’s in the work areas
• To ensure entry and aggress to the confined spaces and gas test done by before commencing the work
• To ensure SDS in place and follow the chemical safety requirements.
• To assist with site supervisor to develop “Job Safety Analysis” foe selected jobs
• Made arrangements for marking of shutdown Assembly Point Area, smoking shelters & displaying safety slogans, banner at the locations.
• Carry out regular inspection on firefighting equipment’s to ensure safe working condition.
