utilities, structural elements, and landscaping to meet project
plans, timelines, and contract specifications.
• Create and maintain schedules for labor, subcontractors, and
materials to ensure timely progress and avoid delays.

engineering drawings, design specifications, and contract
requirements
• Review quantities, test results, and material compliance to
ensure accuracy and performance, addressing issues as they

• Identify and resolve site-related issues such as weather delays,
design discrepancies, or supply constraints in real time to keep

• Supervise direct labor and subcontractors, instructing them on

• Mentor junior supervisors, motivate staff, handle performance
feedback, and mediate conflicts or disciplinary issues as needed.

• Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including
subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate and oversee all work on-site to ensure adherence
to project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety
regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specified
standards and project requirements.
• Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during
the construction process.
• Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials,
and equipment.
• Place orders for materials and ensure that equipment and
materials are available on-site as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other
stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality
control measures.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports, including daily field
reports and requests for inspection.
