From business domain perspective, I managed some critical
banking projects, mobility, and government sector.
From IT perspective, I managed some network projects, such as
passive structured cabling for OAB new
headquarter, Wi-Fi for OLNG, ICE implementation for PDO,
Enterprise Content Management for Diwan Royal
Court, Data Centre for GBM and Sohar International, new IT
infrastructure for OMIFCO, and Mobility enablement
for PDO and CBO, security for Bank Muscat; to name few.

The vision had a great impact on Ministry of Justice to acquire an
end to end solution rather than building in-house developed

strategies and for acquiring IT solution.

Managing new SWITCH (ATM) project.
Commincating to all stakeholders in the bank to make sure all their
requirements will be fulfilled.
Communicating to the vendor, make sure the availability of all
features of the solutions, and make sure all milestones will be
deliverd in time.

interface between the SITCH and the core banking system.
Finally, make sure the best of UAT before going live.

I was the system analyst, support, and project manager for number
portability between the two main service providers, Omantel and
Ooredoo.

ACHIEVEMENTS & AWARDS
Based on the recognition of my exceptional management of the
Content management project for Royal Court Affairs in Oman, we
were awarded a $ 4 million business from this entity.
Based on my relationship and communication, The Ministry of
Justice in Oman acquired an e-courts solution rather than
attempting in-house development
Business Analyst award for the One Stop Shop project for Ministry
of Commerce and Industry in Oman in 2007
Project Manager award for the Enterprise Content Management
project for Diwan Royal Court and Royal Court Affairs in 2016
