• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install hardware and peripheral components.
• Install appropriate software packages such as operating systems.
• Build long term relationships with outside vendors for IT related services
• Planning lessons and activities that facilitate students acquisition of basic and advanced computer
skills.
• Instructing in a manner that develops students confidence in their abilities.
• Downloading important software updates and maintaining hardware.
• Attend faculty meetings to formatively evaluate student progress and determine improvement
strategies for students.
