Produce electronic package design mechanical artwork accurately and efficiently to appropriate print technologies.

Work with print vendors to achieve design intent and establish color standards across all manufacturing channels, including press checks.

Define and solve production problems on all production assignments.

Identify printing houses or work with certified ones by Procurement or Marketing Team; be on-site if need be for online printing and checking; ensure high quality deliverables according to approved layouts and samples.

My Goals! are to start to end Graphics Center and Prepress Department my key role is to understand customer requirments the concept their mind to apply in their product with setisfaction results.

I Deal! with Sales Manager and his Professional Sales Team to understand their requirments what and how customer will satisfy by our compay.

My Coordination to inform Production Manager to know work flow and inform about new work and how or what they plan by the requirements also I keep myself attached his Technical Production Team so they manage Offset Production Procedure till Post Press without any errors.

My Approach! is to solve All kind of Graphics/Artworks issues before we start run the production.

I am the Bridge between Creative Concept and Offset Production Procedure as I am responsible Senior Graphic Designer I can work single handedly to start to Create Artwork till done job imposition CTP.

The reason of my confidence level rise everyday without any hesitation involve with any matter because now I become prepress superman

Creative Technical & Diagnostic Artwork for Flexography Production Design.

My Duty as Senior Graphic Designer for Flexography:

- Provide creative design ideas clearly and concisely.
- Experience working with specialized software packaging and Flexo.
- Imagie editing techniques in standard of High Definition Flexographic Printing.
- Understand Dot Gain, Controlling (Vignette) Gradient, Spot Colors & Image Smashes.
- Day by Day gaining specific expertise in colorimetry and relevant standards for flexography.
- Design works in flexography every day raising the skills level of quality and accuracy in the performance of the project.
- Customized service to advertising agencies and national and international brands Licencors.
- Track errors/problems and recommend solutions in order to increase production.
- Trouble Shoot and investigate for potential corrections and suggestions on printing, plate, art production issues.
- Consulting to customers on the use and enjoyment of the decoration on an industrial scale.
- Work closely with Higher Management and other personnel to streamline workflow and increase production.
- Own techniques developed for the production of cliches photo polymer for a better use of all the technology involved in the production chain of flexography.
- Maintain consistency our Graphic Arts and Diagnostic Printing department throughout all.
- Experiencing work with plugins ESKO, Prinergy and other Flexographic color diagnostic software.

Customers & Sale Staff Dealing: Collect all information and data what the customer need or what previously they have. Design is verifying fonts and the resolutions of photos or any other objects. After completing the work make artwork to give proof on actual size printed on big size of digital print then the customer will give us approval as quick as possible.

In a Creative list Work: Books Cover and Theme Design. Magazine Covers. Corporate Profiles. Brochure. Poster. Signage and Billboards. Packaging, Boxes and Giveaways. CD/DVD/Blue Covers with range of different packaging styles. Corporate Stationary.

Prepress and Production Works: Prepare the files RGB to CMYK of Spot color (Depend on the nature of Artwork). Finalize the Artwork as Print Production Requirements (Size, color, bleeds, traps, markings). Troubleshoot the file if clients give low resolutions so make it possible to be printed easily. Recheck and correct the Artwork size to satisfy the clients needs (Bindery Spine, Die Cutting, UV Coating, Silk Screen, Offset, or Gravure whatever the clients require)

Also helps to juniors and those creative designers who never know what they design and what the results come teaching time all the time on duty

Manage all aspects of company integrated prepress and web portal systems and production workflow including configuration, preflight, trapping, operation and troubleshooting. Responsible for color management of prepress equipment including monitors, DTP workstations, proofing, CTP and Digital Press, Technical advisor of production considerations in design jobs for the Sales and Creative departments, as well as for clients, resulting in smoother production throughout the plant, Assist other company facilities with technical issues and overflow production, I was also responsible for implementing the Grand format and digital press departments the company was expanding into.

Creating concepts and layouts for all kind of print out materials.
Logos, Corporate identities, Posters, Hang Tags, Calendars, Stationary, Labels, Stickers, Rollups, Banners, Magazines, Books, Greeting Cards, etc, I was responsible for the designing and ready for printing process of static banner designs. also handled other advertising projects (Corporate identities, Brochures, Flyers, etc…).

With working in big company its very extensive experiencing in the printing industry, I was doing specializing in premedia for digital, flexo, label, offset, cold and heat-set web printing. This was gaining my specialties include planning and layout of complicated die cutting, envelope conversion and high quality 4C and Pantone color work. I was learn what is ICC color management, graphic suite software as I know as well, digital workflows, trapping, imposition, RIPs, system administration, CTP and disaster recovery. No client's project or technical issue is too big for me now I have the ability to present technical details with clients, designers and executives.

In that time was successful lead team player, coordinated and participated in graphic design projects from concept to completion for multiple clients. Collaborated with account executives, a design team and clients to create a branding vision for a wide variety of media. Engaged a vast knowledge of vendor capabilities, built lasting partnerships to develop and produce highly effective, cost efficient marketing materials. Scheduled operations from product development, quote/bid, pre-press, traffic management and quality control to achieve client and deadline objectives. Managed and operated a digital press to create moderate sized and time-limited materials for client projects. With held a strong sense of traditional graphic design to conceive, design, create and produce catalogues, brochures, newsletters, direct mail and other print collateral for clients.

In earlier start work when I was just 15 of age and attend class 8th standard reason I was belongs to very lower class family my parents can not spend much for my education so I just stand up by my self to move forward so I go outside and find National Grafiks and start work as internee in manual camera, drum scanning, and computer operating, I am lucky that I have God Gifted mind I learn everything very quick after spend 3 months my supervisor happy to see my interest of learning and he told me come and sit on Graphic Designing Desk so very early I take my promotions and start my career quickly as Creative, Technical, and Full of Ambitions.

Works effectively and collaborates well with in-house creative teams; executives, producers, photographers, designers, art directors, and visualizers. Our objectives, develops concepts and produces design solutions, presentations, coordinates project timelines, quality control, vendor management and resources partners.

I learn allot from my basic and have glad to be apart of National Grafiks I always remember them and had a very good time still I was trying to contact them for share my experiences with new comers.
