Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) for IOM Libya in Tunisia (Emergency Dept.) (Short Term Assignment)
DTM for IOM Yemen (Emergency Dept.) (Short Term Assignment)
o Support in updating methodology, procedures and assessment tools according to changes in crisis situation in Yemen
o Design DTM Database (MS SQL) for Area Assessment and Location Assessment
o Develop ETL tools to collect data from ODK into SQL DB
o Create all required quires, views, scripts and reports for DTM database and share the results with DTM project members.
o Compile, check, sort and analyze qualitative and quantitative collected data concerning ongoing field activities according to the reporting guidelines
o Create required queries for data entry QC and reporting using SQL, MS Access, Excel.. .
o Analyze and pivot the cleaned collected data and prepare the findings for reporting.
o Prepare required datasets for DTM published reports and DTM maps in coordination with other UN agencies.
DTM for IOM Lebanon / Lebanese Returnees Registration project (Emergency Dept.) (Short Term Assignment)
o Assist in project planning, methodology, procedures, databases, data collection tools and the related standard operation procedures (SOPs)
o Design, create and implement Registration Database and interface (MS Access)
o Design, create and implement Assessment Database and interface (MS SQL+MS Access) for assessments data entry
o Supervision of registration process in all centers including technical and administrative issues.
o Full supervision of Data Entry process of assessments data, compile data from registration centers, organize encoding team to deliver the required objectives on time, checking and clarifying unclear answers, and follow up with registration teams for corrections
o Creating data quality controls using SQL scripts, clean and correct invalid data following up with returnees and registration teams.
o Analyze collected data for all required dimensions, prepare all required information for reporting, and report analysis results to project management.
IOM Iraq DTM Project (Displacement Tracking Matrix)
o Assist in updating methodology, procedures and assessment tools according to changes in crisis situation in Iraq as a member of Rapid Assessment and Response Team
o Design DTM Database (MS SQL)
o Create all required quires, views, scripts and reports for DTM database and share the results with DTM project members.
o Build required reports for all related departments and upper management on daily/weekly/monthly basis
o Compile, check, sort and analyze qualitative and quantitative collected data concerning ongoing field activities according to the reporting guidelines
o Create required queries for data entry QC and reporting using SQL, MS Access, Excel.. .
o Analyze and pivot the cleaned collected data and prepare the findings for reporting.

o Follow-up quality control of data collected for information systems (for many projects), maintaining accurate data collection and entry
o Report the major issues of data collection and entry quality, and suggest better solutions to enhance the process.
o Provide technical assistance in analyzing, designing and testing of new required information systems according to the programme methodology
o Designing Databases (SQL - MS Access), quires, views, and scripts for new projects
o Support database, data processing and data analysis training of IOM RART staff
o Assist in capturing lessons learnt and the planning and implementation of information systems, data collection, and encoding and analysis actives.
Liaise with other IOM missions and departments to further enhance the work of the monitoring programme
Support the delivery of external and internal requests for information requests from partners/government staff

o Planning local training sessions overall Syria,
o Administrate all training sessions, including all required resources.

o Follow-up change requests and bugs with the customer (STE) and development team.
