▪ Providing executive-level support and demonstrating ability to improvise to handle unlikely situations
▪ Enhancing procedures to meet demanding deadlines while liaising between all relevant departments while Planning and coordinating corporate matters and ensure proper and necessary communication practice
▪ Supporting other departments, mainly the HR. In recruitment, Cv selection, interviews and some government procedures.
▪ Enhancing effectiveness by providing information to support management’s effectiveness and efficiency
▪ Organizing work by reading and routing correspondence, collecting information, and initiating cross-departmental telecommunications
▪ Entering new and updated customer and account information
▪ Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
