2015 Joined Hail Cement Company as Production
engineer.
• 12/08/2015 Assigened as a process engineer (Following the
operation, power optimization, trouble shooting, ovaer
capacity production study, calculations and the daily
tracking of the targets achievemnt statues).
• 02/02/2016 Assigened as production department SAP key
user (Production buissnes process planning, generating
DPR, notifications and reservations creation, PR and PO
DPR, notifications and reservations creation, PR and PO
creation, stock transfeering, BOM creation, maintain the
inbound and outbound deliveries, monthly clossing for
related process orders and follwing with SAP team for any
new project implementaition or development).
• 28/07/2016 Promoted as Production supervisor and
assigened to follow the packing plant operation
technically and adminstratevly including SAP activities in
addition of my normal duties.
Complete the Root Cause Equipment Failure and Analysis
at marcus evans and member of RCA team in the
organization.
• Participated in the work shop entitled Increasing the energy
efficiency in cement production in the arab region which
orgnized by G&W.
• Successfuly compelete the International production seminar
orgnized by FLSmidth in Denmark and Irland about:
1. Crushing and grinding.
2. Cement chemistry.
3. Pyro technology.
• Attend the Refractory seminar orgnized by Magnesita.
• Compelete the Radiation Safety Officer training.
• Complete many training orgnized by HCC and Jordanian
Naba training company such like: Field operator training,
Mills mechanics, kiln mechanics, kiln operation and the
rawmix desigen.
