Associating with HR Dprt. For Manpower Planning, Coordination with recruitment consultants, Organizing/ Conducting Personal interviews, Mobilization of New Employees and transfer of existing employees
Controlling the PR personal for coordinate with Emigration office for all visa purposes and maintaining all employee records in the office.

Coast control of Department expenses.
Grievances Management including Resignation/ Termination.
Associating with travel agents for booking tickets etc.
Associating with hotels inside and outside UAE for reservations etc.
Arrange payments of utility bills and maintain track record of all these payments
Associating with Maintenance Dprt. To Ensure operation of all vehicles by monitoring and coordinating maintenance requirements and timely operation and registration expiry date

Preparing and issuing of the Purchase order.
Arranging machinery for the project (Excavator, shovel JCB, Cranes, etc. )
Preparing All Customs related Documents ( Import, Export, Duty consumption )
Responsible for clearing goods for customers from the Port, Borders.
Deal with Banks for LC matters in association with Accounts department
Correspondence with International Customers
Deal with the Shipping Company and arranging Transportation to move the product.
Make Hotel reservations for Client then Follow the reservations made
Make flight booking and arranging transport for the Staff & labours coming to the company.
Accommodation & Staff welfare.
