scoop of work:
1- do the structure for the maintenance team, put budget for the site.
2- recruit employee as per the structure.
3- train them to be ready for their assignments.
4- manage, organize all the maintenance activities.
5- generates MR, keep cash flow in site, reimbursement.
6- monitor the site spend, keeping it under budget.
responsible for HVAC, PLUMBING, WATER TREATMENT, KITCHEN LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT, DAIRY PLANT. supervising all the engineers, foreman in different services, assigning them to complete their work orders,
