Work with Government Authorities in Ghana to define, evaluate and cost management for $800 Million Ghana Western Corridor Gas Infrastructure Development Project (WCGIDP).

Managed an IT infrastructure exceeding 2000 IT security equipment including but not limited to CheckPoint firewalls, Juniper NetScreen firewalls, Cisco PIX Firewalls, Fortinet Fortigate UTMS, TrendMicro Network Antivirus Appliances, BlueCoat Antivirus, BlueCoat Proxies, NetCache Proxies, IronPort proxies, Bluecoat, Symantec, Websense & WebWasher URL Filters, Cisco & Juniper IDS & IDP, Juniper SSL and Nortel Contivity secure remote access gateways, and PKI infrastructure for more than 2000 business customers in 163 countries including Orange Security. Follow-up and identity operational impacts on security solution when third-party’s updates are planned.
Identify and raise risks to management regarding the current service and future enhancements. Organize follow-up meetings with partners for roadmap presentations including release management follow-up.

- Work with Government Authorities in the North African Region as Technical Information Technology and Communication Infrastructure Project Manager to define, evaluate and cost management for $1.2 Billion Regional Projects.
-Supervise and Manage the implementation of electronic government system for the Libyan Government using Microsoft Dynamics, along with the integration to Microsoft Environment and Meridian Proliance PMIS.
-Design review for the sub-systems integration such as Aconex (Document Control), and Primavera (P6).
-Design core infrastructure replacement and renewal including harmonization and virtualization and desktop transformation projects.
