• Project Duration: 11 months for Design, and 4 years for Construction
• Project Dates: Design Start 26-Oct-20 & Finish 6-Oct-21, Construction Start 15-Sep-21 & Finish 14-Sep-25

3- Project Name: RMA/398 General Maintenance for King Abdul Aziz Alsoud Highway & Sabhan / Maqwa Roads
• Contract Value: KD 15, 000, 000/- and may increase to KD 19, 000, 000/-
• Project Duration: 1095 days, Project commencement date is 16th July 2019
• Client: Public Authority for Roads & Transportation

4- Tender Name: Mubarak Al Kabeer Port Project Phase 1 Stage 3B & 3C-Link Road 6.5Km
My Scope of work was to prepare and submit Method Statement, preliminary planning & scheduling works including Resources Histograms.

5- Tender Name: RA/241 - Construction, Completion, & Maintenance of New Part of the Regional Road between Al Salmi Interchange & the Southern Part of the Regional Road - 28Km

Company Strategic Plan for all projects, it includes cash flow statement, forecasting monthly requirements versus client's incoming payments.
Follow up on the projects, to know where to focus between projects and running activities, taking into consideration delays, percentage of completion in activities, then cross check with the project plan.

Monthly Projects Requirements and Resource Levelling.
Auditing Subcontractor's Contract's and Payment's Certificate's, beside this analyzing their prices.
Participating in the development of customized ERP system for the Company.
