•Do some shop drawings and fabrication orders.
•Monitor the production according to the plan and regarding
any delays or any production circumstances.
•Suggest recommendations and corrective action improve the
product according to faced issues.
•Generate the implementation of the production plan as per the
planned schedule in a way that maximizes the production
efficiency of the machinery.
•Report the production progress regarding each order to the
production manager, and coordinate with the quality
department for the finished product approvals.
•Organize daily tasks and their priorities with production
technicians and workers to fulfill the daily plan.
•Ensure the proper delivery of the approved products to the
final product warehouse.
•Follow up on the actual time of the production process and
ensure that the planned time matches the production
schedule.
•Follow up on the stock balance and ensure the availability of
aluminum and accessories with the requirements of the
production schedule
•Built a data base for mechanical equipment and determine
preventive maintenance procedures.
•I Work on some Aluminum profile such as Reynaers - Alumil -
Sheriff Aly Hassan - Alupco - CNC (cladding).
* Calculate raw material for orders, specify priorities
and delivery dates.
* Create production orders on daily basis.
* Prepare weekly and monthly plans to ensure max
per formance and min delay.
* Issue monthly planning reports to manager& GM
* Monitor production status and identify delays.
* Collecting technical data on the equipment, Develop
apreventive
* maintenance plan to optimize equipment reliability.
* Linking stock of spare parts with BOM equipment.
* Follow-up the critical points and product testing by
analysis.
* Product standards conformity ISO 9001 and BRC,
ISO 22000 and follow up the ISO system.
*Provide training about HACCP, GMP production
staff.
*Collecting data and reporting cases of non-
conformity, use quality tools to solve this case.
