first of all I was Senior Technician of GSM in (Mobily) Saudi Arabia from 11/03/2006 and I was working in O&M (Operation and Maintenance) West Region - Jeddah with Ericsson team in BSS Part. Follow up (Integration new site, expansion, RBS, BSC, RNC, and Front Office) for both 2G, 3G and prepare management report and dally report and I have good experience in OSS ( CITRIX ) system.

And now I’m working with Network Optimization department MRN in center region - Riyadh.
Team leader on North team and we are follow up all cases of customers radio complaints 2G/3G from north region (Madinh - Qaseem - Tabuk -Yanbu …with all villages).
