Research, Contract and conduct evaluation studies as per unit/organizational needs
Create pre and post evaluations analysis and reporting
KPIs and action plan tracking
evaluation tools design (research practices, construct survey questions)
Participation in meetings is part of the internship, where relevant, possible and appropriate
Follow up meetings is part of managing the interns’ experience at INJAZ
Work on the In-Kind audit

Assist with the creation and documentation of SOPs and reference manuals
Worked in the project management office, my main task was to prepare payments and i worked on all the weekly
reports which were sent to the management office.
Worked in the Enterprise Performance Unit
Worked in the Engineering department which gave me the opportunity to make a project about "Quick Change Over"
