• Responsible of all payment methods in Souq site/Mobile App
• Handling all the issues with the 3rd parties payments providers
• Preparing test plan for every new sprint using Zephyr -Jira plugin
• Writing and executing test cases related to the open sprint
• Full application test for every new Payment method
• Backend testing for all payments - including API’s requests and responses and databases transactions between Souq and payments gateway
• Preparing to automate -the smoke test cycle- test cases using CodeCeption (Selenium Php framework)
• Supporting technical support team with some of the customer cases
• Daily smoke test report for all payments gateways.
• Familiar with PCI rules and regulation
• preparing business presentations and documentations aided by DFD's for any new payment gateway in Souq
• Making fully understanding of products' new releases logic and their impact on the business and users
• Perform regression test on all company's products; aided by previously designed mockups.
• Working on many projects such as: Zoolz (MAC/Windows/Web) and G Cloud ( Android platform)
• Keep tracking of the bug life cycle throughout the testing phase
the company mostly works for E-commerce websites and develops systems to many clients from the GCC market.
My responsibilities in the testing phase, I have to test the system according to the case tools, use cases and requirements sheet, I perform many tests on the systems such as: security in payments or any other sensitive pages, smoke, regression testing, compatibility and finally load and stress testing plus i use google analytic's to enhance UX in our websites
