-In charge of the administration and maintenance of human resources activities and programs, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and workplace safety. Staffing duties including posting job listings as necessary to fill vacancies, and looking over resumes or applications that are received to ensure that the basic qualifications are met before passing them on to the management team also will cover employee questions about human resources matters such as insurance, payroll, retirement plans, hiring procedures, and company policy; referrals are made to specialists when necessary.
-The job also includes managing new hire orientations, human resources events, and open enrollment for benefits such as health insurance, and company-wide meetings.
-Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
-Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
-Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Oversee the company's global operations and understanding of the company's needs abroad as well as the cultural, political and operational challenges of foreign markets.
- Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history by selling our recruitment products & services
- Initiate and develop a strong relationship with companies who have recruitment needs
- Determine customers' recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
