Main Duties:
● Supervision of process quality and quality inspectors who inspection operations at all production sections.
● Prepare & analyze production KPI monitor regularly.
● Report to plant manager about the (daily, monthly, and yearly) production, process quality and scrap with analyses.
● Identify quality & productivity problems.
● Participate in quality improvement workshops and seminars.
● Ensure that quality control personnel to follow safety measures and precautions at all times.
● Perform other assigned jobs:
a. Monitoring monthly machines availability for EWH plants.
b. Participate with human resource department for interviewing and selecting (hiring) new employees.
c. ISO Internal Auditor for all Saudi Ceramic factories.
d. Coordination for safety in EWH plants.
e. Supervision of Expansion Project in Electrical Water Heater Plant.
f. Supervision of Safety Project in Electrical Water Heater Plant.
g. Preparation and modification of specifications by designing with standard for all materials and parts of Electrical Water Heater Plant.
h. Coordination of making new standards on rectification of scrap materials in semi-finished products.
Accomplishments:
● Prepared new instruction booklet (use and maintenance manual) for all brands of Electrical Water Heater.
● Presented project of research and development to reduce time of plastic water heater assembly (approximately 33%).
● Analyzed problems and remediation in welding area to reduce rate of reworks and rejection.(approximately 74%)
● Improved in-process quality at important areas inside plant. (approximately 25%).
● Reduced cost of packing items (approximately 59%) by developing designs.
● Trained employees to do high quality work.
Main Duties:
● Supervision of monthly Sanitary Ware production plan.
● Supervision of daily Sanitary Ware production transfer.
● Preparation of production report and getting approval from Section Head.
● Ensuring that production and sorting personnel are complying with the standard method.
● Performing other assigned jobs:
- Coordination of CCTV project.
- Coordination of Barcode project.
- ISO Internal Auditor for all Saudi Ceramic factories.
Accomplishments:
● Reduction cost of decorated Sanitary Ware production.
● Improve production quantity of decorated Sanitary Ware.
● Presented a new testing method on Sanitary Ware's products strength in order to ensure quality.
