• Participate large ticket financing and review the legal aspects of transactions.

• Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Doing normal accounting entries by using “MACC” Oracle System, preparing for aging reports AP + AR and cash flow statement. Helping sales manager to make a commission plan and how to meet the break even, follow up clients and suppliers invoices. Managing and holding petty cash, banks balances and stocks.
I have gained some work experiences, from a placement in Al-naeem office as urban consultants', within their accounting department. I dealt with balance sheet, payroll, and the weekly and monthly banking bills. I developed various skills from my work there, such as communication skills, when dealing with customers or government agencies. And organisational skills, when sorting the delay and absenteeism.
