Managing all O&M Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management of NOMAC/ ACWA Power plants across the globe (Red Sea, Gulf, Middle East and Africa Regions).
• Managing all sourcing and contracting activities for all Projects, Services, Chemical and Materials outsourcing for NOMAC KSA Power & Water Plants including requisition, supplier management, tendering, negotiating and contracting

• Provided all contractual and commercial support and consultation to the Project Management of Yanbu II Power and Water Mega Project (SAR 5.5 Billion Project) dealing with four (4) separate contracts and three (3) EPC contractors
• Managed an approximate cost avoidance of (SAR 70 Million) through controlling and negotiating all claims and variation request with the EPC contractors.
• In charge of service outsourcing of multiple affiliates.
• Prepared contractual data for proposals - Terms and Conditions, contracting policies, contractual practices and delegations.
• Worked as a team member provided contract development and delivery and operational contractual support to the business, including - bids, negotiation, project situation and in the business offers or policies.
• Negotiated and represented best interests of the organization.
• Performed risk assessment and risk management and demonstrated strong contract negotiation and drafting skill.
Worked on verifying the electrostatic waveform for Electromagnetic Investigations, Inc (EMI )located in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA as a capstone student of my Bachelor’s Degree.
