a. Study detail drawings and give suggestion to design team.
b. Coordinate with the design team assigned to this project
c. Ensure timely submission of technical data, drawings, etc for approval
d. Coordinate the efforts of the office based personnel such as planning engineers, design staff and production engineers, with each other and with the existing situation on site.
e. Review Work Orders before production starts.
f. Monitor the construction progress in order to coordinate the Production/Fabrication schedule with the concerned to avoid delay in the installation works.
g. Check “Weekly Site Progress” and “Weekly Site Time Spent” and ensure that weekly updated reports regarding progress of the project are checked submitted to planning department.
h. Coordinate with the Surveying Department for surveying requirements..
i. Ensure the effective implementation of quality system in his area of work.
j. Coordinate with Logistics Engineer and SPM for the entire site labor requirement to carry out the installation works.
k. Identify and satisfy training/technical needs of personnel reporting to him.
l. Coordinate material requirements and delivery schedule with the Material Coordinator
m. Identify variation works in coordination with the quantity surveyor
n. Attend to all the requirements of the project handover and coordinate with the concerned to get the certificate from the contractor.
o. Submit monthly invoice to main contractor/consultant and follow up for payment.
a. Provide technical guidance to engineers about any façade issues.
b. Review and evaluate deliverables, identify and resolve technical/construction issues.
c. To take a holistic view of the entire scope of the Project.
d. To review and study the approved shop drawings to formulate a framework to
Adopt in accordance with Project’s specifications / requirements.
e. To review and scrutinize the released work orders and identify the technical mistakes.
f. To ensure the work is carried out as per project specifications and quality standard.
g. To oversee the processing of raising WIRs / MIRs
h. To oversee closing of NCRs / Observations in line with the suggested
Corrective / preventive measures.
i. Study the job file and identify the materials compliant with Project specifications.
a. Attend the site meetings and coordinate with the M/C and the consultant.
Material Submittal and approval.
b. Ensure the work is carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings.
c. Coordinate between the company departments and Site team.
d. Guide, monitor and control the site team (logistics team, aluminum installation team, glass team, cladding team, surveying team …etc).
e. Ensure that materials received at site conform to specified requirements.
f. Prepare Weekly and monthly Site Progress Report.
g. Carry out joint inspection with QC engineer during QC site inspections.
h. Attend the site meetings and coordinate with the M/C and the consultant.
i. Ensure that the project activities are running smoothly as per the scheduled program.
j. Prepare the invoices and variations.
Handling both unitized and stick systems of curtain wall, doors and windows
, Sees to it that the production processes are properly taken care of
, Coordinates with the various project managers regarding their respective projects
, Exercises supervision and control over production, fabrication foremen and 500 workers
follow up the work orders from begging up to final products
