Key point of contact between Agility and its clients through answering queries, offering advice and introducing our services
Main Tasks
- Organising sales visits.
- Demonstrating and presenting Agility services to the new customers.
- Establishing new business and take part in conferences and meetings.
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and offers
- Achieve monthly target
• Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning Adsl service and products and reports
problem areas.
• Troubleshoots and resolves customer impacting issues relate to Adsl service
• Handle billing issues such as wrong amount, invoices .... etc
• Utilizes various systems and tools to initiate to assist and service customers.
• Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
• Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.
• Provides support for products and services offered by the Company.
