- Preparing sales reports and submitting them to senior management.

- In charge for all Upper Egypt region, its included 10 governorates with 3 Area Sales Managers, 15 Sales Supervisors and 60 Sales Representatives serve 11400 Customers.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Oversee sales managers and their staffs.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Preparing Forecast, and the sales activities.
- Monitoring the expired & damaged products.
- Collaborates with the Sales Director in establishing and recommending the aspirational sales goals for the company for the whole channels.
n charge for all Upper Egypt region it's included 10 governorates ( El-Fayom, Bani Swaif, El-Mania, Asyut, New Valley, Sohag, Red Sea, Qena, Luxor and Aswan.) it's mean too 33% from Egypt.
- Build professional database about poultry market.
- Develop sales team performance and motivating them in order to ensure highest level of achievement.
- Meeting sales target, maintaining and increasing market share.
- Establish strategic plan for sales department.
- Lead the sales team in achieving the target sales volumes and revenues.
- Structure, lead and develop the sales team.
- Contribute with the other divisions in the establishment and the management of the sales and dispatch processes.
- Share in preparing the annual sales budget.
- Monitor the monthly sales performance versus the budget and achieving it with the sales team.
- Manage the daily activity of the sales team and the sales office(s).
- Establish the needed customer’s database through the supply chain to the key retailers.
- Establish professional relationship with the company’s customers and potential customers.
- Act in professional manner representing the company’s interests with integrity.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales and market reports.
- Follow up to the sales dispatch and delivery.
- Follow up and report the competitor’s activity in the market.

- Distribute monthly sales target among sales supervisors and roll it when needed.
- Plan and lay out all Sales routes so that the major markets in the district are aggressively sold. To be sure that each route provides satisfactory product volume in the route salesman as well as to the company and that each outlet is served on a regular scheduled basis.
- Keep informed on competitive selling activities and progress, anticipate and meet competitive Programs.
- Optimize the allocation of resources and even reallocating resources, in order to obtain maximum efficiency.
